A Military Homecoming : : Lemoore Portrait & Event Photography

I had the amazing opportunity and honor to photograph a homecoming at Lemoore Naval Air Station this week. The Thomas family has been apart since last July and it was so amazing to be a witness to their reunion.

The children waiting for the planes to arrive...

Someone brought a bubble machine, which was a great entertainment and distraction for children who were wildly eager to see their mothers or fathers who have been gone so long.

This is Ariel - isn't she adorable? She's almost two-years-old and was anxious to see da-da (love the shirt!).

Waiting for those airplanes.......

Here they come!

This was seriously an amazing experience and I would love the opportunity to photograph more homecomings. Thank you to the Thomas family for inviting me to capture this amazing day for you. Welcome home, Jeff - and thank you!

Please contact me if you are interested in booking an event or portrait photography session.
