Wildflowers : : Hanford Nature Photography
My husband's family owns a large chunk of property in Mariposa County and we are so lucky to get to visit this time of year. The wildflowers put on quite a show! (And I do love me some up-very-close flower photos!)
This first picture may be my favorite-ever flower picture. This is a lupine flower, shot from above.
Same type of flower, different angle.
Up very close & personal!
This is the vine on a wild cucumber - isn't it amazing? These vines twist and reach for branches and then wrap around and around. It's fascinating and so much fun to photograph!
These last four photos are of some of the little bitty flowers - these are all only about 1/2" tall, at the most.
Please contact me if you are interested in purchasing a print or if you would like to book a portrait session.
